Our story began on an unexpected stage—not in a boardroom or a tech lab, but amid the bright lights and high-stakes energy of a reality television competition and entrepreneurial incubator show.
Two strangers with wildly different worlds crossed paths there. One had spent over three decades immersed in the heartbeat of hospitality: crafting menus, training teams, consulting for everything from cozy single-unit spots to massive international chains, and even running an independent F&B consulting business since 2009. The other was a lifelong tinkerer and tech enthusiast—someone who started by fixing computers and gadgets as a kid, evolved into building immersive gaming experiences, and eventually opened a virtual reality arcade.
What started as casual conversation quickly turned electric. They recognized something powerful in their differences: deep operational expertise in food, beverage, and guest experience paired with cutting-edge knowledge of immersive tech and gaming. Could the magic of technology transform the way people interact with food, drinks, and hospitality? They began dreaming aloud about blending these worlds to create something truly innovative—enhancing customer delight while streamlining operations.
To dive deeper into the possibilities, they traveled to GITEX in Dubai, one of the world's premier tech showcases. Armed with a clear agenda, they walked the floors with purpose. Then, at one vendor booth, it happened—an almost simultaneous spark of inspiration during a targeted conversation. The idea crystallized: **augmented reality menus**. Not just digital displays, but interactive, 3D experiences that could bring dishes, cocktails, and ingredients to life right on the table.
That moment at GITEX shifted everything. Their original vision of a physical entertainment venue faded as they realized the far greater potential: a versatile AR platform that could revolutionize menus and staff training in hospitality—and extend well beyond it.
They hit roadblocks early on, trying to collaborate with external partners and facing communication challenges that threatened to dilute their vision. Rather than compromise, they decided to build it themselves. The tech founder led rapid prototyping and development of proprietary systems capable of turning any ordinary 2D product photo into a stunning, interactive 3D model. The F&B founder brought real-world insight—practical use cases, client pain points, and an intimate understanding of what actually works (and what frustrates) in restaurants every day.
Together, they created something unique: a full in-house platform with proprietary, patent-pending workflows that elevate the guest experience, enthrall teams in training, and propel consumer engagement.
Today, our AR platform transforms guest experiences by letting diners explore dishes in vivid 3D—revealing ingredients, origins, preparation details, and perfect pairings through immersive visuals. For staff, it delivers engaging, effective training that helps teams truly understand and tell the stories behind each item.
We built in powerful analytics too: heatmaps of attention, insights into which items captivate guests most, and data to optimize both digital and print menus for maximum profitability. In short... we are making it impossible for restaurants to NOT generate more revenue.
The flexibility shines in real-world use—rapid updates for daily specials, scalable from boutique venues to large chains, and seamless integration for brands (think liquor producers embedding their full narratives, like the exact botanicals in a gin, so bartenders and guests can experience and share them authentically).
